Why does the idea of a DIY project elicit feelings of independence yet also fear? Often times when people engage in DIY projects they have a base knowledge about the initiative they are taking on, but what happens when they don’t have that base knowledge?

The service agreements offered by Insightrix Communities are fully flexible, meaning we can help out with your research projects as much or as little as you want. However, although many clients opt for the DIY option, that does not mean that they are in it alone. Starting out with a new Online Community means that you will be learning the workings of new software. Even though we pride ourselves on the intuitiveness of our software, we never want clients to feel like they are in the dark.

Insightrix Communities is always on your side to ensure your community’s success and to ensure panel managers have the skill set they need in order to effectively execute their research initiatives and ultimately reach their research goals.

When signing on with Insightrix Communities you will receive detailed training manuals describing every aspect of the client-side and user-side of the software. We have also developed a number of training videos to walk clients through the processes for each of the main functions of the software. In addition, we also host in-person or screen-share training sessions to go over the how-tos of the software and answer any client questions. Regardless of service agreement, we are always just a phone call or email away. Insightrix Communities strives for clients to feel like the DIY option (or any option) is one of independence over the project- and not like they have been handed over the keys to a car without a driver’s license.

If you are interested in learning more about the different service agreements, or are curious about our software, please contact us.
