We have talked to a lot of company's both eager and not so eager to start a customer experience community. What we've noticed is most people don't know what they are. The second thing is that those who do know, 85% have never used one. Not knowing what a research community is no big deal. We highlight what it is in the video above. The sad thing is that many who have never used a community in their work place often decide they don't need one. However, once someone uses one, they never decide they don't need one.
